The staff are helpful and friendly. I really like it. No complaints here.
I just switched to Planet Fitness after being a member at Anytime Fitness for several years. The only reason I switched was because the Columbia Heights Planet Fitness is extremely close to my home. So far, I really like the choice in machines, it is not crowded during typical busy times, and there are so many things included in my membership. There is also plenty of space for workouts where you don't want to use machines. The only negative experience I've had so far is that the staff could use better customer service skills. They were somewhat rude, distracted, and extremely unenthusiastic throughout my process of signing up. The only reason I went through with signing up is because I know I personally won't be interacting with the staff much on a daily basis. But I do hope the staffing improves the longer this location is open!
Came overnight around 3AM on a Tuesday (last week) and the staff helped me get all set. Best service I ever received. Highly recommend
First time joining the gym, Location is amazing.
Smaller than other locations but very opens and easy to use equipment. Clean.
New equipment. Smaller comoared to Roseville but has all the necessary equipment.
